Hi , i want all the low ranks to respect the higher ones , IF i will see any of low rankers disrespect or dis-obey the higher rank officers/sergeants , i will report them to the chief.

REMEMBER ALWAYS RESPECT AND DO AS THE HIGHER RANK COMMANDS TO DO. BUT! dont manipulate the power you have.

same here , but i dont think that officers disrespect , i see this from cadets only .. thats why i suggest that rank 4+ have a command to fire rank 1s ,

at rank 4+ in IRL no sergeant can demote or kick a cadet. only a capitain or the right hand of the chief can do it , or the chief himself.

Well, since we're portraying the Los Angeles Police Department, so sergeant won't have rights to fire any of the police officers, but they can make a report to the chief, about the crooked cop.
